Become a Sponsor
If your organization is interested in sponsoring the 2016 ASA Research Symposium, please contact one of the Symposium Chairs: Chad Schwartz (chad.schwartz@siu.edu) or Karen Johnson (ksulliva@siu.edu).
Sponsorships will be accepted until Friday, September 30th. There are six levels of sponsorship available for you to contribute to the Symposium:
Platinum Sponsorship | A Platinum sponsor will commit $5,000 or more and, in return, we will create a special web page on the Symposium site that talks about your company, department, or organization and links to your company’s website. We will also arrange for any special display or presentation needs for your organization. Platinum sponsorship includes all the benefits of Diamond sponsorship. Only one Platinum sponsorship will be accepted for the 2016 Symposium and it will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Diamond Sponsorship | A Diamond sponsor will commit $2,000 or more and, in return, we will set up a booth for your company, department, or organization to display your marketing materials. Diamond sponsorship includes all the benefits of Gold sponsorship.
Gold Sponsorship | A Gold sponsor will commit $1000 or more and in return, we will display your company name and/or logo on a banner in a common area throughout the duration of the symposium. Gold sponsorship includes all the benefits of Silver sponsorship.
Silver Sponsorship | A Silver sponsor will commit $500 or more and, in return, we will display your logo on projection screens before and after presentations as well as during all communal gatherings such as lunch and the closing and opening remarks of the event. Silver sponsorship includes all the benefits of Bronze sponsorship.
Bronze Sponsorship | A Bronze sponsor will commit $250 or more and, in return, we will print your company name and/or logo on conference materials and display the same on the symposium website.
Sponsorship | Sponsorship begins with a commitment of $100 or more and, in return, we will display your company name and/or logo on the symposium website.
