Shannon Sanders McDonald, School of Architecture, will present a live webinar sponsored by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Intelligent Transportation Systems’ Joint Program Office at noon, Thursday, Nov. 17. The webinar, “Solar-Powered Automated Transit Networks: The Future of Sustainable Urban Transportation,” will present the concept of utilizing solar-powered automated transit networks, or ATN, in dense urban areas. McDonald will be one of four presenters.
